Oleicia Oil is a super moisturiser, rich in the fatty acid oleic acid (also found in olive oil), one of the most powerful, anti-inflammatories that nature has provided. It helps to keep skin soft and protect it against the inflammation that causes skin to age. As a cleanser it will dissolve the oil that has hardened with impurities and found itself stuck in your pores, effectively lifting off dirt and make up, leaving the skin clean and nourished. As a moisturiser it helps to protect the skin against the damaging effects of UV initiated free radicals, and is a super- moisturiser that will make skin soft and supple.
Oleic acid is the main fatty acid produced by the skin’s sebaceous glands, and Oleicia Oil is very similar in nature and pH to sebum, the oil naturally secreted by the skin. Sebum protects and moisturises the skin, but is stripped away by skin washes, pollutants, the sun and age. Oleicia Oil replenishes what our skin loses, and restores its natural balance without clogging pores. Oleicia Oil also contains polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants that also protect against ageing.
Used Consistently, Oleicia Oil Can:
Increase the skin’s ability to retain moisture making it more supple.
Even out skin colour, as ageing causes skin tone to change.
Increase smoothness and radiance.
Help diminish fine lines, scarring and enlarged pores.
Help prevent, or improve the appearance of stretch marks.
Directions:
To cleanse – massage into the skin on face and neck using smooth strokes (don’t wet the skin first).
With eyes firmly closed, massage over the eye area, gently rubbing to dissolve eye makeup.
Dampen some cotton wool with warm or distilled water and gently wipe away oil.
Repeat until all traces of makeup are gone from the cotton wool.
